The differentiation of wig after dyeing is mainly based on the color and lustre of the retained end of the original silk, so the end of the hair needs to retain the original background color. PVC wig dyeing matters needing attention:

The use of stainless steel dye bucket. Iron, aluminum and other containers have reactive activity, will affect the dyeing performance of disperse dyes, so it is not appropriate to use iron, aluminum and other containers.

② Reasonable control of dyeing bath ratio. Only 2 ~ 3 fibrils can be added into the 40L dye solution in the dyeing barrel, which is not easy to mix evenly when adding too much, which is not good for penetration.

④ Operate carefully. Dyeing process stirring should be light and frequent, in order to prevent uneven dyeing, at the same time to prevent disturbing the hair; The hair end of the retention should be wrapped tightly with plastic bags to prevent the plastic bag from falling off and causing the retention part to be colored; The remaining part of the primary color should be clean and free from contamination, especially for light-colored raw materials, which are prone to contamination and need to be careful.

⑤ Strengthen post-processing. After dyeing, the water should be fully washed, so that the dyed product has good luster, smooth feel, not astringent and greasy. If the dyeing process is not well controlled or the washing is not sufficient, the fiber is greasy, not only will affect the hair effect, but also bring trouble to the processing process after the spring, such as choking machine.

⑥ Control the drying temperature. After dyeing fiber drying should pay attention to control the temperature, drying temperature should not exceed 80 ℃.
