2. Formal Order: After the customer receives the sample, the sample is checked to be qualified. After negotiation, the customer receives a formal Purchase Order. Customers pay a deposit of 30-50% for production.
3. Place production orders: place orders to the factory and arrange production plans after receiving the customer's order confirmation.
4. Inspection:
4.1). After the production is completed, the inspector inspects the goods and the customer pays the balance.
4.2). If the customer inspects the goods by himself or by a designated person, he shall make an appointment with the customer to inspect the goods and check the date one week before the delivery date.
5. Delivery: After the customer checks the goods, arrange delivery to the customer.
5.1). If the customer has a freight forwarder in China, the customer can directly ship the goods to the customer's freight forwarder for shipment.
5.2). Customers themselves need us to provide logistics, we will deliver the goods to customers. We pay the freight to the logistics company. Booked.
6. Prepare documents:
6.1) Commercial invoice: Generally, invoices should be accompanied by shipments to facilitate customs clearance by customers.
6.2). Packing list: The packing list clearly indicates the packing condition of the goods. Show the quantity of each carton, gross weight, net weight and size of each carton. The total volume calculated according to the size of the outer box should be consistent with the total volume marked. Display the shipping mark and container number for the convenience of customers. The weight and volume of packing list should be in conformity with that of bill of lading. This is convenient for the customer's forwarder to arrange the container.
